We don’t try and make a profit on post & packing, Flat rate postage of £1.50 per order.

 

It costs us £1.50 for postage & the jiffy bag, so this is all we ask from you

 

Did you know VAT is chargeable on P&P as the Vat man classes this as a ‘service’? Postage only is not subject to VAT.

· All products have a full no quibble money back guarantee.

· If for what ever reason the product does not suit your needs, you will receive a full refund, including your postage costs.
 

· Should the unit go faulty within a year (never happened yet) you will receive a brand new replacement unit.

· Units will be repaired at cost or 1/2 the price of a new unit (which ever is the lowest). We have never yet had a customer break one in a hard landing as they have been designed to survive the hardest of impacts.

 

· We think we have thought of everything to make the modeller happy, if there is anything you think we have missed, give us a call :o)
